[SpringyDew] so far today the computer is really liking Windows 10

[Master] I saw that

[SpringyDew] except there's a bug that if you plug in another monitor, the laptop screen stops working

[Master] I will recomend an SSD drive but that is not always possible

[Master] and that is weird

[SpringyDew] i could really use the real estate, but it's not a killer

[Master] Lisa recently went to Win 10 so she might be able to help

[Master] when you have it pluged in

[Master] can you not just right click and go to display settings?

[SpringyDew] i did a little research. loooks like hours of troubleshooting i'm not willing to invest

[Master] and then extend the display?

[SpringyDew] yes but changing the settings does nothing

[SpringyDew] the computer thinks the extension happened

[Master] ahhh

[SpringyDew] but the screen doesn't actually activate

[SpringyDew] so all your windows on that screen are inaccessible

[SpringyDew] there's a whole lot of work to be done with drivers and rebooting but very few people have actually conquered it
