LemonyLemon: I read a thing that said a lot of long covid symptoms could be because people were trying to hard to get back to their normal activity and didn't give themselves adequate time to recover. Might have all been bs though, as I can't recall where I read it or what the sources were. I assume I could look it up and find out how legit it is, but it's easier to just give armchair advice
