MadamePsychosis: Apparently wife died from some rare rodent contact disease on Feb 9th after bringing dog home from vet - who she did not release from his kennel

MadamePsychosis: so dog died trapped and wife died alone in bathroom

MadamePsychosis: Hackman who had Alzeimer's might not have even known his wife died

MadamePsychosis: He went around the house for 9 days with her in the bathroom until he died of a heart/alzeimer's condition

GM: So a "giant centipede" is 2 foot long but a Giant is 12 foot tall

GM: So small like Glimber is type S, you are a type M for man sized, L is large as in an Ogre

GM: so if you cast a Lightning Bolt with a range of 60 .... you cast it next to the wall 80 feet away. The area of effect is 90 feet. So it goes 20 feet to the wall, then bounces back another 70 feet and ...... ZZZZZZZZZ

MadamePsychosis: that's a weird mathy spell most are easier to figure out

MadamePsychosis: you have a spell that works in a 20-ft cube with a range of 60 feet so you can ut that cube anywhere within 60 feet of you

springdew (Ratbone Carder): so i guess we really have to pay the most attention to confined spaces and wide angles, like the flaming hands yeah

MadamePsychosis: burning hands is really simple actually - it's a 120 degree arc out from where your hands are pointing

MadamePsychosis: so you can twist a little to point it in a direction but can't avoid the whole arc thing

GM: Before you go off to get help, what are the answers you are going to give people when they ask questions

GM: such as "where is Lyselle" or "Are the Sea Devils gone?" or "where is my money!"

Kara Rynnow (Potentate): The Stone Which Abides . Upon close inspection, this life-sized statue appears to be carved of serpentine. The statue is that of a seated humanoid figure holding a smaller humanoid figure draped over both arms. Due to aeons of erosion, the detail is so poor that it is difficult to make out either figure's race; however, close study implies subtle eel-like characteristics to both of the principles. The statue reveals a faint aura of magic if detected for but does not seem to be able to manifest any power other than remaining impervious to chipping or breaking. Neither the most magical of weapons (not even Surge!) nor the most destructive of spells is able even to mar the smallest portion of the statue's surface. The most powerful magical probes reveal only that the stone "sleeps"; its true power has not yet manifested ...
