Before the world changed Sept 11, 2001, Laura and I thought it was a humorous date to be married September 1, 2001. That is not why we picked the date, but it seemed like it was meant to be. Then 10 days after our beautiful ceremony and cruise honeymoon, the world was changed forever. Luckily for us the closest the attacks on that day came to our family was that the boat we were on was stopped a week after we got off and people related to the attacks were taken off the same cruise we were on.
