Blue Gill is a pseudonym for Ozymandius. OR IS IT?
Just a few quotes from the past and present that might shed some light or light some bulbs about Blue Gill.
It may be quite important to note that Blue Gill was never referred to as a male until Lord Jocquin found him. (Timeline for that is per Bob)

[DM] The one amulet that you think you can find is in the Island Kingdoms. It is rumored to be part of the treasure trove of the pirate Blue Gill. She is known to collect art objects. Her lair has magic protections on it from scrying, so you will have to track her down by ship. Almarin Sunspray is willing to loan out a ship for the Dragonslayers to use, although he does not believe that Blue Gill is anywhere near his island. It will take some tracking and talking to others, as you visit several different islands finding her.
