Cyprian is a priest who follows/works for Blue Gill.
Meleager referred to him as 'Father Cyprian' and said he will "strike you down from afar".
Octavia stated that Cyprian can make fire rain down from the skies. (Fire magic)
The term "Father" is used by two religions: Kayugan and Gnomish.
If Cyprian follows the Kayugan faith, based on his title, he would be between level 11-13, with a spell level of 6.
If Cyprian follows the Gnomish faith, based on his title, he would be about level 9-10, with a spell level of 5.
