Dragon Fen Manor
Dragon Fen Manor is the seat of Dragon Fen Estate that Branwyn established after being given a Royal Grant on 4-8-345 SKR and was for up to 10 square miles in the Craniate Wastes. The central village of the Estate is Otterville just over 2 miles away from the Manor. The small hamlet of Little Cornelia is clustered near the Manor proper.
Dragon Fen Manor is nestled near the Valoris Wood and has a track through the Wood that leads to the Jistille Estates.
Dragon Fen Manor rests on a large 10 foot tall motte 500 foot long on all sides with a 10 foot wide 5 foot deep moat circling the entire platform. A drawbridge 20 foot wide and 20 foot long allows access to the Manor proper. The central part of the Manor complex is the Grand Stone Building, 3 stories tall with a large two story tall hall inside for events. There are cellars under the manor house (3,200 cubic feet) used for storage. Behind the manor house is a large wooden building (60 by 30) that is used as a barn and work out area for warriors. Nearby is medium stone building (40 by 20) that is used by Branwyn as her laboratory. Next to the laboratory is a medium stone tower 30 feet tall (40 by 40) with two levels that is used as a secondary library and housing for apprentices.
