Afenloght

Though the lighthouse is well maintained here, it used to have an attached series of buildings and cellars which have been allowed to fall into ruin. At various times before its decay, the complex had been a vault, a prison, a barracks, and a library. It has been abandoned and sealed for some time, though there is access from a few hidden tunnels among the rocks at sea level.

There is whispered speculation that the pirates of the Narva River have colluded with one or more of the factions of the City to create this situation.
