The details of purchasing some land from you around the area to establish a temple/stronghold of minor function would need to be worked out as well

The well doors would have restricted access of course. The temple would be a security force for the entrance to teh dungeon as well as to the well itself. It would also be another military force available to lady kylia that she would not be responcible for their upkeep but could rely on for their help
