Diplomatic Pouches
These are the dispatches sent by the Ambassador and her staff during the Diplomatic Entanglements Era.
Each of these letters goes out at the end of the month by a diplomatic courier that teleports from The City to a specified place inside of Drillian that is outside of The Mist. Each pouch is sealed by the Ambassador or her Attache before being sent. The cost of transporting these monthly pouches does not impact the Ambassadors treasury funds.
Additional pouches can be sent at any time to any place. There is a cost involved in that and each letter should clearly state where and to who it is going. Anyone can send out letters. If the character cannot read or write someone on staff can take dictation for them.
Game Mechanic note: These links go to the package that is sent out on the date specified. Those pages can have anything that anyone wants to send home or out beyond the city. For ease of character knowledge when players are reading these letters anything in italics is considered private thoughts expressed by that character and information that has not been openly discussed between characters. Anything in standard text is considered to be known by at least two or more characters through miscellaneous roleplaying. Anyone can add to the pouch at anytime up until it is sent. Please do not delete previous notes you put in the pouch, add a new note after it clarifying or changing the previous note. Please indicate who is doing the dictation for characters that cannot read/write.
