Gelly Isofar
Gelly Isofar always was a strange girl.
She grew up in a rich farming family in Drillian and her mother had aspirations that she might marry into noble family, or who knew even reach for the throne - stranger thing had happened in the past with the royal succession. The family did what they could to bring interesting travelers by the farmstead and even paid for a tutor to teach her to read. That was Gelly's eventual downfall.
Gelly picked up reading like most people pick up breathing. She devoured everything her tutor could provide and would continue to create stories to explore themes she found in the more classical works. Gelly slowly came to the realization that she seemed to always fall for the underdog in the story. She knew that the Knight in Shining Armor would always get every advantage to defeat the Poor Dragon who only wanted to keep someone around to talk with when he (Gelly always thought of he and she never it) stole that princess. Perhaps it was that the family Isofar chose to use their wealth to pay bribes rather than hire guards that tilted Gelly towards a dislike of people in armor bearing weapons. Or it was her desire for the underdog to have a fair chance.
