Damage from heat and cold rules from Wilderness Survival Guide (wsg26)
When an unprotected character’s personal temperature goes below 31 degrees, or a protected character’s personal temperature goes below 6 degrees additional constitution checks need to be made for hypothermia and in extreme cases frostbite. If an unprotected character’s personal temperature goes above 85 degrees, or a protected character’s temperature goes above 90 degrees, additional constitution checks also need to be made for heat exhaustion or in extreme cases heatstroke.
