[TMO] it was good. very very busy though. they were there 2 weeks, me for only one, so they saved everything they wanted to do for the second week when I'd be there.

[Lisa] people using a scroll would have to just fall and go splat
[TMO] ooc yes. I'd read it. But most of them I think were before you jumped in to rescue us, and again with Hugh and the others after it, neither of which she was there for.

[Lisa] but no one can be saved if you land low and teleport into a rock
[TMO] oocly, I'd been thinking geographically for a solution to get to the cave.
[Lisa] do you think the king is in the cave or the mining operations

[TMO] Branwyn already knows the teleport location. Or we can find the wagon, try to find the bugbear camp, then try to follow the trail 2 or 3 days to the cavern.

[TMO] so we do need to get to the wagon, but we teleported away from where we were trees, and so no one knows how to get there overland. Only way to find the cave is to follow all 3 trails.
[Master] I think that your best plan that you can be reasonably sure to accomplish is: go to wagon, find scrolls, look for tracks, try to find a bugbear to capture, speak if you can with it, and or bring it home, then return home and regroup for going deeper into the woods with better understanding
[TMO] should Ilero see if any of his contacts speak Bugbear and are willing to go with us?
[Lisa] how far was village from where you were captured? less than a day?
[Master] you can guess that Shur can track to the village

[Master] there was an over night before reaching the village
[TMO] I rolled 5 natural 20s in the Pathfinder game on Tuesday. I think that may have used up all my dice luck for a few years. ;)

[Master] because of the time that has passed, it is unlikely that the weapons would be where you last knew they were
[Master] no slaves to sell, then sell the physical goods

[Master] Magic Items are very very valuable so only few bugbears could afford them
[Master] which leads you up the chain of command
[Lisa] but they might not even know they are magic
[TMO] hmph - have Ilero talk to Kolpin, see if his people can keep an eye out for them. Pay a finder's fee as well as reimbursement if his people can get them.
