Here is an interesting article about Luck, something dealt with in D&D.

My two six-year-olds were rolling dice for a game and had great fun blowing on each others dice, and it brought me back to years ago when Brian Williams and another player were rolling for hit point and had a rather unusual procedure including placing the die in their belly button. Turns out they each rolled a 1, so that procedure was left only when they wanted low hit points.
