[Master] Unconsciousness A character becomes unconscious when they reach zero hit points. At that point all spells are lost, anything that requires concentration is completed, and the character falls to the ground bleeding. If the character receives magical healing the same round they reach exactly zero hit points they do not go unconscious but all the effects of loosing spells etc. are suffered. If magical healing is applied after the character goes unconscious (from -1 to -10) then the effect of the spell is altered. The character recovers to 1/2 hit point no matter what spell is used. This state is referred to as 'walking wounded'. The character can shuffle along on their own power but is incapable of doing anything that requires effort or concentration. Unconscious characters bleed at the rate of one hit point per round from Zero down to negative 10 hit points. At this point the character is dead.

[Lisa] the other adventurers watched in horror

[Mario Laptop] but perched up high, he managed to spot their goal

[Lisa] little did he realize that the goal was forgotten now that they had tasted the fallen soldier

[Master] speaking of which did anyone other than Lisa see Darth and Droids and the potion bottles?

[Lisa] He tasted better than the worms

[Mario Laptop] (admittedly, he does!)

[Lisa] And so they became the man eating chickens of the giant worm filled forest

[Mario Laptop] brilliant!

[Lisa] potion bottles on Darth & Droids?

[Master] By the way, what do PCs do with the flasks when they drink a magical potion? Has anyone ever asked this question before? The players usually just cross/erase used potions off their equipment lists. Where do the flasks go? Are all dungeons littered with the empty potion flasks of previous adventuring groups, like discarded cans and bottles by the side of the road?

[Master] Anyway, make a point of having the PCs find all their empties when they make camp and take stock of their gear. What are they going to do with these empty flasks? If they're like most adventurers, they might try to sell them, or perhaps they'll fill them with holy water or something.
