Memorial to the Last King of the Bronda Hills
This is the official dwarven name for what the Dragonslayers commonly call the Memorial Dungeon.
The history of this cavern system is somewhat murky. What is known is that a map to the location turned up in the Wolfspack library in the year 1233 TGR {325 WPR} and later that year when the Dragonslayers asked for nearby places to explore a clerk plucked that scroll off the shelf.
The Dragonslayers explored this area for a while that year going through the first two accessible levels of old habitations before moving onto other things. During the time they were adventuring in other areas the caverns were over run again by various monsters and other opportunistic inhabitants. The Dragonslayers returned to this area several years later and spent time investigating part of those levels again. When the group went onto other things they left a group of dwarves in charge of the place in the hopes that it would be maintained better.
Those dwarves did not provide the sort of protection that the Dragonslayers wished, losing the Memorial to the Last King of the Bronda Hills again to uncivilized forces. The Dragonslayers met with a powerful sorceress who made a deal with Kylia to give her 'the deed' to the Memorial in exchange for maintaining it. The group assigned two of Paul's henchmen Kit and Kazza to stay at the Memorial and keep it safe.
