Menander is a priest who follows/works for Blue Gill. He is also Meleager's brother.
Although Meleager seemed unsure as to what gods the other two priests worshipped, he stated that his brother continued to follow the faith of their ancestors.
Menander is from Kapirimtiya. Although there is no organised religion, his faith would be based on ancestor and nature spirit worship - basically shamanistic in nature.
