[Master] there would be (on the one hand) a bunch of work to do to set up the 2nd edtion rules to work in which ever platform we use Or (on the other hand) a lot of work to build and learn an entire new rule set and convert to that if we switched from 2nd edition just because it is not avaiablel
[Master] and so for Michael's question yes there is work but the plan is to set it up that it will be able to port into what ever program we want to use
