Rogue
Rogue is a nice term for Thief. Thieves are characters who think that what belongs to someone else should somehow naturally migrate to their own possession.
Some Rogues find a path to semi-respectability by becoming investigators, joining an adventuring group to help them overcome traps and other perils. Of course these traps are set to keep out said thieves, so the cycle tends to renew itself on a regular basis.
Bards are a specialized sort of Rogue. They have some of the skills of other thieves, but they concentrate more on other skills that pertain to presentations and entertaining others.
All thieves start with 10 special abilities and 1 special attack option - backstabbing.
