ok after doing some reading Foriso gets a NWP so Ill be learning Observation instead and maybe training a little with my mentor IF theres time. and since I wont be here tonight that makes it easier for training. I will be back next week though. Guy
well the appraising is mostly done theres only 1 gem to recheck and a couple scroll cases to check for traps,i agree with leaving the church alone for now.I think foriso will probably either train with his mentor and cost the group another favor lol or maybe learn to use either a short bow or long sword.

I think we need a bit of a break from the church -- anyone else agree? I don't mind hitting it up on the way back from Loosend though. I am just not thrilled about that being the next place we go ... again.
What I would not mind doing, so we won't forget, is stopping by Old Man Miller's village. I have a wedding dress to deliver, a dagger to pick up and Scarlet needs her waffle iron. Wouldn't take but a minute or two.
Training: Indigo has none and so will go with Miranda to Loosend. In theory, Branwyn could get trained in everything (spells, wp, nwp). She needs a mage to train her in 4th level spells. If Yulotte is back with the Mosskins, she will stay with him. If not, she would like to go to Loosend and see if she finds anyone in her travels. The only nwp I can see being useful are the ones that make spells cheaper/faster to get into books and I believe I need a mage to train me for those kinds of things too. So we shall have to see about her. She will not seek any weapons training at the moment.
Depending on money and what everyone else is doing, I'd like to see if we can make another donation to the library to keep it progressing.

Just a point of interest for everyone. You still have about 18 hours before you have to leave to get back home to have your visit with Valoris Onod Ancien. You know from Toybin that you are about halfway through the Catacombs area that he had explored. You are getting low on spells but most everyone is barely scratched.
Just do not want anyone to feel that they have to go right now to leave for the meeting or conversely that you cannot come back to the Church to explore more of the catacombs and cave system later on after your meeting with Ancien.

We explored the church. Only real detail is that we came to the back of the church, saw a new statue to an Orge like god, Branwyn picked up an evil dagger and we had a little skirmish with the man in a red cloak. We did nothing to him but took some minor damage and Branwyn ended with a disease or curse.

For those who missed and do not want to read the whole chat log: We got Brawny back from the spider without too much damage, thanks to a nice save vs posion. We left the Goblin and Bullywugs and blocked the celar in and explored the house. Mostly empty, we killed a family of zombies, yes an actual family. We burned their bodies and spent a mostly safe night with only a bone trying to break in the window. We are mostly healed and ready to visit the church.
