Thirtieth Anniversary Game Planning
September 15 and 16, 2023.
The current plan:
- Friday people arrive.
- BOB makes pizzas for everyone early Friday evening. Some with meat, some without.
- Normal game night from 7 to midnight
- Michael drives Carissa to the hotel, Spring drive Lemon to their space
- People come over on Saturday morning for breakfast and relaxing
- Game starts at Noon, we go until Midnight.
- Saturday food options will be ordering, a potential taco bar, lots of drinks and snacks
- Michael drives Carissa to the hotel, Spring drive Lemon to their space
- Sunday morning is breakfast at BOB's for those who want
- Potential experience is exploring the lake with the submarine
- BOB takes Carissa to the airport
- Michael, Spring and Lemon depart at their own times.

Food, beverages and snacks for the weekend requests:
- Diet Coke (the brand not Pepsi)
- Unsweetened Iced Tea
- Wine, both red and white
- Lemon likes water, weak (light-medium roast) coffee with lots of half and half (iced preferably in the summer), almost any soda that isn't diet, and those seagrams strawberry daquiri flavored things, but I guarantee I would only drink like 3 of them max. The coffee and water will be more than enough, but if anyone else wants some of those other things, speak up, because I won't drink enough to make them worth buying.

Yes this page is starting really early but I would like to have a place to do planning.
Current: We will play on Friday our normal time from 7 till Midnight. Everyone who can will be at the House for that game. I hope we have extra people. I expect people will be over in the day to chat and hang out. Pizza will be made and enjoyed. Then after the game everyone retires as desired. Potentially if people are around and want to I can give a tour of the Main Library during the day as well.
Then on Saturday from Noon till Midnight we will play again. We will likely have extra players that day both here at the House and on-line. We will do a breakfast at the House prior to the game for everyone who is physically around for the day.
Then on Sunday I expect anyone from out of town who needs to be to work on Monday will be getting rides to the airport etc. Or go out and adventure a bit together, see the everglades, the beach or just get away from everyone and explore on your own.
