I will say that your successful observation roll makes you think there is a trap in that hallway beyond the bars that are down. But you need to be in that area to do a successful Find Traps.

The well-like chamber at the end of the broad passage is filled with a deep pool of water. This dark liquid is cool and wholesome to drink, and nothing dwells in it. It comes from several sprouting springs which come from holes in the wall to the west.
