BOB So your decision to make is do you continue to row through the night, everyone would need to make Constituion checks, etc. and be tired in the morning, to try to make up time or just put in a sea anchor and rest overnight?

BOB and Yes to Angelica, spell casters should take either the first or third shift, that way they get to sleep for 8 hours (two shifts) to regain spells and still can help with a watch
BOB Orison is a 1st level spell, you cast it and use 1 spell slot, the advantage is you can do small things spread out over time instead of one spell that disapates at once

BOB For Ava and Jericho, casting Cure Light does one quick burst in one round of healing a random amount, but doing an Orison means you cure 1 point of damage each round up through the max allowed by Orison, it just takes many rounds to do it
