Crossroads Campain 1 Player Intro

You awake in your room, clear headed and instantly focused but erriely calm considering there is a strange siloute of a humanoid standing just out of reach. With a voice so generic you are unsure if it it male or female and an accent that defies the term accent. Clearly and calmly it says in your native tounge "I need your help. I am aware of your situation and want to help, which in turn will help me, will help a great number of people. If you want to make a change, really do something with your life, put your affairs in order, gear up and pack what you can carry and meet me outside of town two nights from now. You will know me by my blue cross. I can't say when or even if you will be back, and the choice is yours. I really think we will work well together."

The siloute fades into the shadows and your mind drifts to the possiblities of all your dreams comming true and before you realize it, you awake and it is morning.

A generic opening, suitable for most any level of experience, any style of campaign and suitable for tabletop, online or even video game development. For more experienced players and larger groups, even the mysterious stranger can be a player character. The vague description allows for freedom of choice for that player while their story <eventual link> does not require them to be a leader nor does give any distinct advantage.

Standard character generation with encouragement to have one "weakness" or conflict and to have an open skill slot for new possibilities. A few possible existing rule sets could be used, based on group experience and type of play, but this is intended to a version of Shadowrun rule mechanics.
