Murghom River
The Murghom River is known for two reasons. Its waters flowing down from the eastern slopes of the Great Mountains provide arable lands for Nathoud. It joins with the Clearflow river that comes out of the Lake of Mists and soon after joins the effluence coming from the Mountains of Copper.
The other reason the Murghom is known in adventuring circles is for the rarity that there is a second river that flows beneath the surface Murghom. This underground Murghom has carved huge passages through the Underdark and where it joins with the waters under the Mountains of Copper creating what is commonly referred to as the Starless Lake.
