Chanting Non-weapon Proficiency

Chanting is used to keep fellow workers or soldiers in pace. Proficiency checks are used to determine the effectiveness of a character's chanting.

Successful checks mean that those who can hear the chanting character become slightly hypnotized by the rhythmic sound, causing the time spent on arduous, repetitive tasks to pass quickly. The DM will adjust results for forced marching, rowing, digging, and other similar tasks accordingly.
