Philosophy Non-weapon Proficiency

This confers a knowledge of current philosophies as well as an understanding of older or more conservative modes of thought. This includes questions of morality and the state of human existence; theories of government; thoughts on the proper forms of art, music and drams; and scientific inquiry, as well as mathematics and aesthetics. Successful use of the this proficiency makes characters known for wisdom and thoughtfulness by those who hear them speak, and might give them insight into riddle, puzzle or problems which occur during the game.
