Statecraft Non-weapon Proficiency
This proficiency include the knowledge and understanding of politics within the state and in the state's dealings with other states. It also encompasses the diplomatic skills needed to analyze, guide and influence people and events to achieve government and personal ends.
A character with this proficiency know and understand the significance of current events the major personalities that shape them. He is knowledgeable about the cultures and ambitions of foreign allies and enemies. He also understands the conflicts between prominent count, churchmen and royal officers and he studies the will and whim of the king.
