Raptu is a warrior who follows/works for Blue Gill.
According to Octavia McFee, upon the occasion of Raptu visiting her liege, he stared constantly at Octavia. She obviously felt very uncomfortable and unsafe around him.
According to Meleager, Raptu is a warrior of strong arms, and as hard to crush as diamond.
Octavia commented that she never saw or heard him speak. It is possible that he is mute.
