GM: Super short nutshell on Old Man Miller from BOB's NPC persepctive: The group first encountered this Inn on the first day of the Phoenix Era (2010) when a red dragon burned down the inn. Then later on the group encountered Old Man Miller who had rebuilt the Inn. Then later on they encountered him again as they traveled up and down Farmers Turn. While the group was off in Dryads Lair during Diplomatic Entanglements they sent a group of dragons here to the Inn for a meeting, and it was burned down again, and rebuilt. Then apparently as Indigo approaches there is a new Inn that has been rebuilt again in the 6 years that he was gone to the Elf Lands.
