GM: There is a ferry service that makes the 140 mile trip from Bywater upstream and into Terraguard that carries some trade back and forth across the river. There are some small clandestine and informal docking ports for other trade traffic going up or down stream to other ports. One such port is Undertowers which has its own solution to keeping river traffic stops to a minimum.
