Fives: if you haven't rolled, you have a 0 (and may have a 0 after you rolled)

GM: The Init is working correctly: PCs added to the CT have a null value until they roll, then they get the modifiers on their sheet. NPCs added to the CT get a generic 1d10 until BOB changes their Init on the sheet or in the CT to modify based on size

Fives: that means you have to manually touch every monster record?

GM: Every one that is not a Medium creature... yeap
