GM: The one Lirt picks up starts with notes on depths around the local islands,

GM: No need for a roll

GM: you can read them at your liesure

GM: and when you take time for trainign to learn a new spell you can visit again to take more extensive notes

GM: Only need the reading check on obscure wording or something I will tell you if needed

GM: Overall the idea is that yes this is a place that Lirt would want to come back to when researching for spells in the future
