Session: 20230804c - 20230804s
- Lemon logs in before Carissa
- Angelica has joined the game! Yay, fresh meat! I mean... a new player that we will all definitely be super nice to. Her character is Ava Bosley, a priest who is a co-worker of Hyacinth's. Ava is "good with plants and with the distillery." Not 100% sure what that means, but I think she can get us free drinks.
- And then the RP begins! Yay! The church-workers are chatting and Hyacinth is assigned to oversee Jericho locking up the temple and bringing back the donation box. No one comes out and SAYS he's kind of an idiot teenage boy, but that's pretty obviously the case. Jericho wants a drink and Ava wants to see the water, so they stop at the Seven Sirens on the way back.
- The bards are playing, Levi is late, and Hyacinth tries to sneak out to get the box of money back to the temple but BOB vetoes that. She keeps trying. Points for effort, but you can not escape BOB's plot.
- Some Human Farmer/Herders come in and start being obnoxious and making insults and shoving Rothuss (how DARE they!?). One of them smashes a mug on Rothuss' head, and dude is out cold.
- And that's when Levi struts in. Vee does a really impressive rolling tackle. Lirtimya hides behind a table. Jericho just threatens the justice of the church over and over again. Levi punches a guy. A guy punches at Hyacinth and tries to take the church money. A guy punches Levi and Levi falls over. Matthias trips the guy and apparently that's enough to knock him out. Everyone watch out for Matthias when he tries to trip you. Dude's got a really powerful trip. Then Jericho finally DOES something... he creates water and dumps it on one of the guys. Who are called "dragons" fyi. Etc. Etc. TL;DR: Combat happened but without weapons. Because that would be rude. Eventually the last guy gets away by diving into the hole in the floor and swimming away. The rest are knocked out. Officially making us "dragon" slayers.
- Hyacinth tries to leave again. Jericho is like "No way, you're injured, you're not going ANYWHERE until I fix you, co-worker!" They finally get ready to go WHEN
- (Insert that important trumpet riff) Someone is like "Oh, guess what, there's been a chupacabra attack." So we guess that's what's happening next week.
- We finish up the evening with a little more OOC sorting out of spells and titles and things such as those.

Session: 20230728c - 20230728s
- At some point between sessions, Ryan decided on Matthias Crowtooth?. Some kind of thief.
- Carissa logs in before Lemon but then immediately goes AFK for like an hour, so it doesn't even really count.
- The night begins with figuring out weapons and NWPs. It takes a long time. In theory, I'd love to put the full list here, what every character chose, but in reality that did not all happen in-session and I love this game but my dedication level is well below the point of trying to figure all that out.
- We learn that our current homebase is the tavern called Seven Sirens and it is in Achild.
- Then we roll for gold and start SHOPPING! That also takes a long time. Between this and figuring out NWPS, we're like 3/4 of the way through the session.
- Then we're adding bits to the backstories. Mentors and whatnot.
- And that's it! I was not joking when I said those things took a long time. I'm not complaining, mind you, just documenting. That's my job here. Stop projecting.

- Lemon logs in before Carissa.
- Believe it or not, Mini is the first one (besides Carissa the OverAchiever) who decides what his character will be in this new era. Sea Wizard named Lirtimya?. She is from a smaller island, came here to learn stuff.
- TMO and Spring decide to be a pair of Bards. Siblings.
- Spring is going to specialize in Bagpipes. Character is named Ratbone Carder?. She invented "quiet" bagpipes.
- TMO is a Swashbuckler. Character is named Rothuss Carder.
- The siblings played a prank where they essentially stole some sheep and robin-hood-style gifted them to no one. The town isn't super happy about it, so they had to take off until things cool down a bit.
- Oh, Carissa is a fancy Sea Ranger. Vee Barlett. Her two dads sound nice, but one was apparently pretty promiscuous and she's got half siblings all over the dang place. Could lead to some interesting NPCs.
- Lemon makes a fighter who ends up being some kind of hill ranger. Levi Reed. He comes from a fishing family but gross man, not interested in smelling like fish all day. Or getting bossed around by three older sisters.
- Michael decides on a pacifist priest. Jericho?. His family was in some kind of illicit activity business, and then once some intestines got spilled on his feet, he was OUT. Now saving up for his own boat so he can go around healing people on various islands.
- Sharif makes a super strong fighter. MeLange?. (But it was almost MeStrong, which I truly loved. Also BOB tries to steal the name for a temple and name it Melange, but Sharif comes up with Agowah instead.) MeLange was an abandoned baby washed up on a river. His adopted mom seemed a little reluctant to take him in, IMO, but you can't just leave a baby lying in the river.
- Lorie lands on a rogue named Hyacinth Jeffers?. Backstory was not worked out in this session.
- Lemon names a town Lemonshire, because she is super humble. It's pronounced "lemon-shurrrrrr."
- Random name generator tried to get Mini to be Achild, but instead that's the name of the next town.

Levi Reed: Ok, so I'm on this website "fantasynamegenerators.com" and it has just so much different kinds of generators, and it also has a link to a "random generator" so OBVIOUSLY I clicked on that. And the one I'm on now is "fantasy creature name generator" and it has things you'd expect... "insane chimeras" "glass titans" "timeless hellhouds" all fine... but then it's got "almond doppelgangers" and if we don't fight an almond doppelganger at some point in this adventure, I'm rioting.
