North Hoarbrite
This small town is a settlement of several races that is the bowl that is part of the Hoarbrite Pass. There is the Castle Hoarbrite that is perched on the cliffs that makes up the southern edge of town. This independent town was the host location for the rulers of each of the Small Kingdoms when they signed a self defense treaty. South Hoarbrite is a sarcastic term for the dungeons under Castle Hoarbrite.
The Rectors of Castle Hoarbrite traditionally provide the person who is mayor of North Hoarbrite.
