Skyliara is a female vampire who used to be an elf. She likes dancing. The group encountered her in What do you call an Undead Elf on Jun 22 07.
She lives in a cave in the valley behind Roadhaven with her goblin slaves. {actually along the Pass to the East of Roadhaven and not in the valley directly behind Kylia's keep BOB} She contacted the Dragonslayers with a desire for peace between herself and the adventuring group. The Dragonslayers agreed to not bother her as long as she did not prey on any of the people of Roadhaven. Ramone? tried to strike up a deal for her to be an act in his gypsy show. She gifted the group with the cauldron of plenty.
