This time in the campaign was spent on an epic long story arc. The characters started out on a simple retrieval mission for a wandering follower of Paul's and it grew into discovering a plot to bring winter and darkness to the world by a group of Mindflayers that had crashed into a valley in the Highlands of Terraguard.

This story arc I modified from parts one and two of a three module set. The players did remarkably well in staying the course and finishing the entire story. It was during this time that Hans and Christy returned to the game.
